Sundarban

Sundarban is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh and is also the world’s largest intact forest! The area of Sundarbans is about 1,39,500 hectares (3,45,000 acres). Thousands of tourists visit Sundarbans every year.

Apart from the beautiful trees in the Sundarbans, there are species such as garan, bain geva, etc. These animals include tigers, lions, deer, elephants, crocodiles, etc.

Saint Martin

Saint Martin is the only coral island of Bangladesh. It spans 17 square kilometers and is situated 120 kilometers south of the country’s mainland district town of Cox’s Bazar. Saint Martin is also known as Coconut Jinjira in the local language. The island is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Bangladesh.

Cox’s Bazar

Rows of shacks, soft beds of sand, and the vast ocean lie ahead. Cox’s Bazar is the world’s largest beach for vacationing. The roar of the blue waters can be heard. Maheshkhali, Kutubdia, Sonadia, Shahpari, St. Martin have made Cox’s Bazar beautiful and attractive. Among the country’s tourists, most people travel to Cox’s Bazar. Cox’s Bazar is also called ‘Tourism Capital’ for this reason. TThe world’s longest beach attracts tourists throughout the year, inviting them to soak their feet in the salt water. Teknaf-Cox’s Bazar Marine Drive road is also a favorite place for adventure lovers. Apart from this, there are various tourism and entertainment centers in Cox’s Bazar. Sajek Valley

Sajek Valley or Sajek Valley is a famous tourist spot in Sajek Union of Baghai Upazila of Rangamati District, Bangladesh. Located in the very north of Rangamati, this Sajek Valley has two neighborhoods – Ruilui and Kanglak. Established in 1885, Ruilui Para is situated at an altitude of 1,720 feet.

Tanguar Haor

Tanguar Haor is located at the foothills of Meghalaya hills in Dharmapasha and Tahirpur upazilas of Sunamganj district. More than waterfalls from the Meghalaya hills merge into this Haor. Tanguar Haor is the largest wetland in the district with an area of 9,727 hectares consisting of 51 Haors in 18 mauzas of two upazilas.

Sreemangal

Along with the green tea gardens, Srimangal has many places to visit, as well as numerous quality resorts including five-star hotels. Srimangal is the fourth most popular tourist attraction throughout the year.

Rangamati

Rangamati is a district of Chittagong Hill Tracts full of natural beauty. Its small district town floating on the lap of Kaptai Lake and its surroundings are full of variety. The places here are decorated differently at different times of the year. But Monsoon dress is completely different. So you can come out from there at leisure. You can travel throughout the year to various tourist spots in Rangamati district headquarters including Kaptai Lake, Hanging Bridge, Rajban Vihar.

Kuakata

Kuakata is a beach and tourist center in the southwestern region of Bangladesh. Kuakata is known as the ‘Daughter of the Sea’ by tourists. Kuakata is one of the most scenic beaches in Bangladesh with an 18 km long beach. It is the only beach in Bangladesh from where both sunrise and sunset can be seen.

Dhaka

One day you can see Dhaka. You can see the food and culture there. There are many places to visit.

For example, Lalbagh Qilla, Ahsan Manzil, Sunargaon Panam Nagar – which is the old capital of Bangladesh. In 1975, the government established the Bangladesh Folk and Crafts Foundation at Sonargaon under the initiative of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin to preserve, develop and promote the glorious aspects of folk arts of Bangladesh. Around 5000 traditional artifacts made by artisans from different regions of the country are preserved here. 

Can go back to old Dhaka. If you go there, you can try Haji Biryani, Kolkata Kacchi, Beauty Lacci etc.

Ratargul

It is the only freshwater waterfall in Bangladesh. This sightseeing place is located at Goan Ghat in Sylhet. There are 22 freshwater bodies in the whole world. Of these, two are in South Asia. One is in Sri Lanka and one is in Bangladesh. The area of this forest is about three thousand 325.61 acres. This freshwater wetland is very beautiful to look at. Its true beauty can be observed during monsoons. By boat you can experience a different kind of fun when you ride it. This beautiful wetland has been compared to the Amazon Rain Forest. The plants here remain under water for four to seven months.
